Where we deliver

Every composition is hand-delivered by our own team. We drive it; no courier ever touches it. That sets the edge of the map at two and a half hours from the studio in Clearwater, and we go anywhere inside it — Tampa and St. Petersburg, of course, but Orlando, Sarasota, Lakeland, Ocala and the coast down to Fort Myers as well.

• Included — Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco and Manatee counties: Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Dunedin, Palm Harbour, Safety Harbour, Largo, Belleair, Brandon, Bradenton.
• $250 — beyond those four counties, up to about ninety minutes out.
• $350 — ninety minutes to two and a half hours out.

The delivery figure is shown on the order page as soon as you enter the ZIP, and it never stacks — an address that is both outside those four counties and more than ninety minutes away is $350, not $250 and $350.

Further out — Miami, Jacksonville, the Keys — we would be driving longer than the flowers should travel, so we say so instead of taking the order. Write to us anyway with the date: once or twice a year the calendar makes it possible.

When we deliver

• Compositions are built on the morning they travel. Nothing is kept in stock.
• Choose morning, afternoon or evening; we confirm a two-hour window the day before.
• Room Decor is set in place by the team and takes two to four hours on site.
• Orders placed less than seventy-two hours out are taken by agreement only — flowers of this calibre are ordered in, not pulled from a cooler.

Handing it over

We carry the box in and place it where you want it. If the recipient is out, we need someone named on the order who can receive it — a concierge, a neighbour, an assistant. We never leave a composition of this size outside a door in Florida heat.

Surprise deliveries work best with the recipient's phone number on the order. We call only if no one answers the door, and we never say who sent it.

Care

• Keep it out of direct sun and away from a vent or an open window. Air conditioning is good; a draught on the petals is not.
• Hydrated foam travels inside the box. Add a cup of cool water at the base every second day — pour slowly, at the edge, not over the flowers.
• Do not move the box by the lid or the ribbon. Lift it from underneath, with both hands.
• A rose that opens faster than its neighbours is a rose doing what it should. Lift it out if it bothers you; the dome closes over the gap.

How long it lasts

Expect seven to ten days indoors for roses and hydrangea, longer for orchid. If a composition fails inside forty-eight hours, photograph it and write to us the same day — we replace it, and we would rather know than not.
